The Two Crocks flew to Cairns last Monday, hired a car and drove to Pt Douglas so they were real tourists!

After a good night’s sleep they organized tours for Wednesday and Thursday then had a decadent snack at the Bakery before setting off to Cape Tribulation in the Daintree Rainforest.

I love that part of our beautiful country.
Lining up for the ferry and watching it come over from the other side is fun, a feeling of peace seems to come over everyone.
We saw hang gliders one year at Rex’s Lookout- they just ran right off the ‘cliff top’ and floated away lol
It’s certainly a very special area, let’s hope we can preserve it.
